I prefer to just hear your analysis. You seem spot on. Can you at least give KF a call and tell him to pull Wirfs scholarship? I really don't want him if you don't approve. I would hate to see this staff waste it's time and with another crap OL prospect. Maybe you can give them some idea's on who you feel should get the offer.

I've been right quite a bit. For a recent example, I called Boyle not making it at QB. (While in HS)

Also called AJ derby not being a qb.

When Iowa offered eno Benjamin I said it was one of the best highlight videos I had ever seen. Of course it's early.

Lots of other examples. I've been wrong too. I wasn't impressed with toks akinribades film. I could be wrong on him.

Bottom line with wirfs, other people saw it too. Again there's probably a reason he is not a 4-star. Could end up being good enough to have been a four-star? Absolutely

Congrats (if true), you called a couple dual threat QBs not making it as a QB in Iowa's system. There's a news flash. I seem to recall many people saying neither would be QBs or would be best suited at other positions.

I am not. If I was though, would you really want to ask someone who is mentally challenged that? Don't bring up an opinion on a recruit if you don't want people to criticize you. Especially a recruit who is invited to play in a game that not many kids get an opportunity to do. Don't get all butt hurt just because most don't feel they way you do about Wirfs. A lot of people have seen him play and have had nothing but great things to say about him.

Congrats to Tristan. That is a big honor. He will join two other Hawkeye recruits - Eno Benjamin and AJ Epenesa - at the AAA Bowl.

2017 is shaping up to be a great class. Wirfs and Kallenberger - the next generation of Iowa OL standouts.

..... also, his film shows him playing DL also. At 6ft5 and 315 now, I'm wondering if he might line up at DT alongside Epenesa some time in the future.

Thought I've read that Kirkpatrick is being penciled in as an OL prospect. Atleast, that is where he is expected to start out when he arrives on campus..As of now, the OL class is-Kallenberger,Wirfs,Kirkpatrick, and the possibility of adding Mason N., as well.
