Wisconsin vs. USC

Watch USC O-line now. They just replaced the center. Usually teams' production plummet when the center is replaced. The biggest line swings in vegas happen when centers get hurt in practice.
Bucky's win!!!! Feeling much better about Hawks chances.

Sweet.
Big West
Hawks turn
Go MI
Go MSU
Big ten east
Beathard healthy
Canzeri healthy
D line healthy AND deep
Josie outlaw big game!!
Beathard to tuck and run
Alabama to lose
Fun two days

My gosh the refs were horrible. That theft hat called the Wisky dude out only did so because the USC sidelines was pointing to the spot hoping to get a call. The ref just panicked. Terrible calls. Really glad Wisky won after all that crap. Hope this crew does not have another game to do on the west coast in the next few days.

Iowa had 80 more yards rushing against Bucky and USC gashed Stanford on the ground. If our D shows up I like our chances.

Agree that was a great win by Wisky and keep it rolling B1G!

I will say though that Chryst pulled an 'old Kirk' move by punting at the end with a 4th down and INCHES from around mid field. To me you go for that. Picking up that first down with a QB sneak wins the game vs trying to stop them going down the field for a FG chance. USC came within a dropped pass of winning with a FG after they punted. There was also a big unsportsmanlike penalty on USC during the punt that backed them up an extra 10 yards. Otherwise USC would have been very close if not in FG range. Go for the win when you have it in your grasp!

From the sounds of it... the USC kicker would have to have been around the 10 yard line to have a chance to make it.

Good win for Bucky. Either the commish of the $EC told his refs to screw the BIG10 or those refs were just plain incompetent. Really pathetic officiating - I sure hope we don't see $EC refs in Pasadena.

Loved watching usc players celebrating making minor plays - you did your job nothing special so get back to the huddle, especially fat Albert. You won't see that from Stanford thankfully.

USC plays like an SEC team. Great athletes, but sometimes a bit uncontrolled. Lots of "showboating" and drawing attention to themselves. They are pretty far down the pecking order in today's PAC 12 and I don't see them moving up anytime soon. I bet Haden would have liked to have Kelly available when he hired this coach.

That's about where the almost completion was. The ball glanced of the USC receivers hands.

Remember that USC idiot talking smack after our 10-6 win against WI? I wonder what he is thinking now. USC couldn't beat Bucky with the help of the officials.
His name is Pacifitrojanides or something like that. He's always on the Fusker board running his mouth about us. I don't think he's a real Trojan fan at all.

Referees were pathetic in that game. You don't blow the whistle unless your absolutely sure the runner is out of bounds. Replay can fix it if he was out. But you blow the play dead, and there is no fixing it.
Witvoet move right there, remembering Hart fumble in Kinnick where he was whistled down--he had hardly broken stride and was chasing his fumble up field...the officials sure tried help usc steal that game...

I fell asleep last night at half but DVR'd the second half and just finished watching. Great game by Wisky overcoming injuries to Clement and Stave at a crucial part of the game....................and some terrible refereeing. As much as I hate them when we play, I do like the way they play the game and always consider them my second favorite team.

Good point. My guess is that Coach felt his Defense was playing better at that point than the Offense without Clement. USC was shutting down the run game, especially up the middle.
