Wisky Coach and Bench Last Night

Thanks....I will have to go back and see if I can find it. This is from the "diversity" coach. CC just drives some of these coaches nuts. Too funny
That’s partly why I wanted Bluder to take her out after the end of the 3rd quarter. I worry about her getting injured or someone taking a cheap shot at her due to jealousy or frustration.
Hmmm...I was listening to the radio broadcast last night, in which you can clearly hear Lisa Bluder tell someone to "grow up" in a tone that indicated her displeasure.

I saw the incident. I didn't notice the bench talking to her, but the Wisconsin head coach definitely was saying something to her. Caitlin jumped up a had a few choice words at the head coach as she headed the other way. Wisconsin coach started jawing at the ref seemingly about CC yelling at her. I think there was an immediate timeout of some sort, and Lisa had to wrangle CC to the bench area, CC was HOT.
I saw it. I think it was late in the first quarter or early in the second. Caitlin slid down in front of the Badger bench and evidently things were said and when she got up she ran by the coach with a "what's up with that" kind of expression and a maintenance person came out and mopped the area up while the game continued down the other end. I wonder what was said to her?
Yes, that sounds about right from what I saw.
They pissed her off and she made them pay.
Did it have to do with the floor being wet in the corner that Iowa sometimes shoots out of? That could be dangerous.
I honestly thought she was motioning for them to have someone wipe up the floor where she fell. But hell, MAYBE she said "I'm going to wipe up the floor with you"! Tomato, tamato...
I saw it too. For the next couple minutes, Caitlin became ultra aggressive on offense. After hitting a logo three soon after, her eyes went immediately to the Wisconsin coach to let the coach know that was on her.
It is honestly amazing to me how Caitlin can turn the intensity on and off like she does. Cut to her in an interview or signing autographs and she is mild mannered and gracious. But don't get in her way on the court or she will rip your heart out and feed it to you while it is still beating.
That’s one of the things I love most about her.
The Wisconsin player guarding Clark was pretty aggressive on a box out by the arc. Watching it, it looked pretty intentional and somewhat aggressive. I would guess, Wisconsin's head coach wanted to make sure the players knew they were to be very physical with Clark at any opportunity.
And then CC and the rest of the team made them pay for it. Or in the words of another great player...
Yes, Caitlin slipped and fell, and the Badgers bench were saying she flopped. And their coach said something to Caitlin. As she went back to the bench, she was telling Bluder that whatever they said was rude.
I don't know if it was the coach, I thought she was getting into with #10 on the bench too.
Really? Hard to believe. Wisconsin players and coaches are usually first class individuals.
I was there and they were far from being first class. Since that coach was hired, I think they have changed their attitudes for the worse,

I for one got it, and got a chuckle out of it!
I was at the game. It looked like a shouting match after CC got back on her feet between CC and the Badger coach. Bluder had to calm her down.
May be the reason Iowa ran the score up by 45 points.

As crappy as they are I hope they keep her and live with her pathetic results.
The Wisconsin player's intent was beyond a normal box out.
It wasn't just the coach. #10 on the bench was mouthing off too.
It’s so funny to see bench players trying to chirp at generational players. It’s like when HVL mouthed off to Clark during the Louisville game last season and Clark responds “you’re down X points. Shut up”
Clark and the bench were mouthing off then wiskeys coach got involved then as Clark ran down the end of the court wiskey's coach got involved with the ref then bluder got involved talking to the ref and to Clark. next time Clark got fouled she glared at their bench for about 5 seconds.
Where's Capt Call when we need him. He hates rude behavior.
