Workers sue secretive elite club Bohemian Grove for wage theft

Our company used to hold lots of corporate events at the San Francisco "Clubhouse." ... one of their two locations.

While it was elegant and quite nice, it always seemed similar environment wise to the various "University Clubs" around the country. The food was wonderful though.

These sorts of social clubs exist in every major city in the U.S. The University of Iowa used to rely on the University Club in San Francisco for event sites, and I believe the one in NYC as well.

Liberals always seem to be going after the Bohemian Club ... so be careful, they will eventually get to your local country club. ... and a few years after they do away with those, they will come after the other bastions of white-privilege; 4-H, your garden club and the Boy Scouts.

They will eventually get them all through imaginative and creative lawsuits ... so sign up while you can.

So unfair labor practices are OK?

It kind of depends on what is considered as "unfair." These sorts of articles are always short on details and blanket accusations are in themselves unfair.

Long hours can involve overtime pay and are usually voluntary ... or structured into the job as part of a package (a work hard but get paid well kind of thing).
