Are the blue-hairs guaranteed prime seating during womens games like they are for mens games? If not, I would think that would help ticket sales as well. New ticket-buyers will be more willing to buy tickets if they have a chance to get prime seats.

I have not, so I absolutely plead ignorance here.

Are the noisy blue-hairs at the womens games the same blue-hairs who sit on their hands and leave early at the mens games?

This is why I strongly support NLI. The university is making a LOT of money… all because of one athlete.

The university may be increasing revenue but 'making' money on WBB isn't probably going to happen, similar to wrestling.
