I like Fran so I don't want him to leave. But perhaps bringing in some fresh new blood would help the program progress. I'd like to see him bring in a younger coach, like Kenyon Murray, who could recruit better athletes and relate to players.
Would a new Assistant Coach help?

He probably made a lot of money in the pros and invested it wisely. I would suppose he likes being an analyst, but does not want to put the time in as an asst. coach.
