when it comes to IA kids never say never. besides WR 6'1 Talyn Taylor rated #17 has a future cast of 48% to Iowa. nice start to the future if the future cast is right.

in fact the 2025 class could be the best under KF, his best was that 2005 class that was rated #11.

Lol I didn't even say he hates Iowa.

He just doesn't want to stay here for school.
You can’t make poorly phrased rants if you stick to what people actually say.
Faux outrage goes better with made up things.
Rumor has it that inspite of being replaced the Rutgers OC is planning on returning. I know it’s true because the op said so.

He has an "offer" from them, but really wants to meet and speak with Deion.
Makes perfect sense to me. Having been involved with CIML athletics in past years, albeit on the other side of town, it's nice to see some of these higher level kids progress. Appreciate your insight.

It’s amazing how much more talent there is in that conference today. It used to be there were 1-3 power five level kids in the entire conference. Now it seems like every team has one or more.

That 48% is from fans voting, nothing else. No cast from analys.ts

In basketball, you hear about this amazing vertical leaping ability, but what is weird, is that he rarely competes for Valley at the High jump, and when he does, it is for the JV and he never wins. Shouldn’t a 40” vertical translate into being an excellent high jumper? I mean, even the varsity kids aren’t putting up crazy heights… 6’2 often wins.

Not necessarily. Still have to have technique. It's not like he is standing flat footed and just jumping over the bar.

Yep.

It would be like saying, “he’s really fast, why isn’t he a great wide receiver?”

As Oilchecker said, there is more to it.

Yeah, gonna be hard to convince him if he has big dog offers from bigger named schools with proven offenses. ;) Iowa's only hope is that he bleeds Black and Gold.
<<bleeds Black and Gold>>

You mean, like Proctor supposedly did?

We have to accept that "character" is an attribute that is growing smaller year by year.

when did Colorado become a blue blood?

also Proctor was a 5*. vs this kid is unranked so not exactly a top ranked super star.

there are 8 WR offers out in the 25 class as of now, 1 kid from IA that IA misses on will not sound the death knell for IA FB. like so many of you are hoping will happen.

It’s not so much missing out on the one Iowa kid that I worry about. It’s missing out on the other seven as well. That seems like Iowa’s history with WRs…

That doesn't make them a blue-blood. He'll, FSU, where Deion played, isn't a blue-blood
During his time there you could argue they were damn close. From 1987-2000 FSU won 10+ games every year, finished in the top 5 every year and Won 2 National Championships. They had a similar 7 year run under Jimbo Fisher adding another NC.

That puts them in pretty elite company over the last 40 years.
