Another Iowa football season is in the books fellow Hawk fans. While we wait for a yet unknown bowl opponent, I'm hoping the football gods serve up a foe who is willing to keep the outcome of the game in doubt through at least the mid-3rd Quarter bathroom break.

At the start of the B10 schedule and in conjunction with the Week #4 Y/N contest, a bonus question was added whereby contestants could opt to predict what Iowa's record would be against their nine (9) B10 opponents. Notable: 32 of 35 posters expected a better conference performance from this Hawkeye squad leading into the Penn State game. To the extent these expectations reflected the views of the broader Hawkeye fan base, its easy to see why frustration abounded in November. The consensus prediction was 6-3 (16 votes = 46%) and then split equally between 7-2 (8 votes = 23%) and 5-4 (8 votes = 23%). Congrats, obviously, to Hawkeye_4_Life and Mr Chim for hitting the 4-5 bulls eye.
At mid-season, I started a Hardcore Leaderboard to compile overall records for those posters who had submitted entries in every weekly Y/N contest to date. Hardcore - you know these types - they eat the recommended portion of fruits and vegetables every day, never miss a dental appointment, and always attend church on Sunday. etc. Attrition whittled the pretenders as the season wore on but we determined who the season ticket holders were. Below are the final standings:
