Yikes! The sudden loss to PSU last week was followed by the slow torture defeat in East Lansing this weekend. I can't say that one is better than the other as far as the health of my liver is concerned. You defense holds a B10 opponent's scoring under 20 in consecutive weeks you expect to nab at least one W. Back to the drawing board for the Iowa offense. On to the contest results........
For the 2nd week in a row, a high score of 7-3 produced multiple finalists: HawkRugged17, Obviously Oblivious, hwk23, QChawks, Hawkeye_4_Life, hawkeye bb n fb fan, and IAFootball#1 all tied at the top.
......... and for the first time in Y/N history, the Tie-Breaker question failed to settle the matter. Two finalists predicted the exact number of Iowa offensive plays (58) which ended up being just one away from the Tie-Breaker: 57
Congratulations to Game#5 Co-Winners hwk23 (7-3, TB 58) and hawkeye bb n fb fan (7-3, TB 58) who will share the top step of the podium. The Tie-Breaker machine is undergoing repairs ahead of next week's contest.
HawkRugged17 (TB 55) was just one play short in his prediction from making it a 3-way, enough to earn Runner-Up spot this week. Thanks to all 35 who entered this week.
