You come up on a vehicle that’s driving 5-10 mph under the speed limit.

There should be a law that if the semi can't pass the other one in 30 seconds, they must just slow (very slightly) down and deal with it.
You seem to think that watching a long string of cars form behind them isn't a form of enjoyment for a lot of truck drivers who are mad at their life choices. No real reason to hurry up and pass while you are watching season 2 of Stranger Things as you roll along in a truck regulated at 64-66 mph.

Usually a towed camper is involved or some sort of U-Haul trailer.

I can handle dealing with a slow vehicle if they're maintaining speed because they're predictable.

Someone who is on the road and will never ever trust that newfangled cruise control voodoo (and never learn how to maintain any speed) is normally who drives me the most crazy.

31 voters, and I am the first to vote for "Dudes towing three cars to Mexico (Colorado residents will get this one)". But damn, that was on the Istate southbound every time I was on I-25. Without fail.
You got it! Either hitched together or pulling a car with a nylon strap, with a second guy steering the towed car.

I had to do this more than once with my first car in high school. I can still hear my dad telling me to "keep the strap tight". Also not having power steering or power brakes was super fun to deal with.

I've also had to tow or steer a second car (and usually on side roads or just across town), but these folks run 3 deep down the interstate!

Its like some Mad Max stuff where the first guy is running throttle and the dude in the 3rd car is running rudder.

In Minneapolis, it's usually Prius or Subaru drivers who think they're saving the world from co2, but don't realize they're keeping 20 other cars in the road longer, probably making them hit more stoplights, etc.

Someone texting should have been an option.
Headed east on I-80 yesterday near the last Altoona exit and the car ahead of me whips over into the left lane from the middle lane. It was rather excessive in my opinion as I pass him on he right going 72. He is going maybe 65, head down staring at his left hand with phone in it. As soon as I pass him completely he whips his car all the way to the right and goes across the three lanes to exit. Guy was probably 20 something from Johnson county. Freaking idiot driver constantly on his phone.
