Your best cover (edit…tribute) band experience?

I saw Deer Tick do a full Nirvana set, and The Flaming Lips play all of Dark Side of the Moon.

The best series of covers I've seen was the 2013 Superjam at Bonnaroo. There is a YouTube series on them putting it together.

The Fabulous Armadillos out of St. Cloud, Minnesota are awesome. Their tributes rotate from Pink Floyd, the Eagles, Doobie Brothers and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. They also do themed concerts like Songs from Vietnam or Acoust-i- Dillos or Highway Songs. I often catch them when Iowa plays the Gophers or if they get as far south as Chatfield, Mn. we plan a bike trip to the Root River Trail and catch them there. You might catch them at Winona, Mn. also great biking or pickleball games to be played...
