A @NaptownMDHawk2 favorite.
It's that time of the year where kids from smaller schools will hit the portal as well as major conference players who lose out in their conference tourneys with no postseason. Iowa will have at least 2 open scholarship to work with assuming CMC isn't back, and Keegan goes to the NBA, and will likely have one more simply due to attrition that's common in today's game. In my mind, the Hawks should go for another true big man, or a shooter at the 2 or the 3. Rotations next year are probably something like:
Joe T/Ulis/Bowen
Perkins/Bowen/Dix
Patrick/Sandfort
Kris/Sandfort
Filip/Ogundale/Mulvey
The 3/4 position is a bit thin with Keegan and Connor gone and Dix being a question mark with the knee injury, and the 5 position is still thin barring a jump from JO or Mulvey.
The one interesting name that I've seen thus far is Neal Quinn
