New post on last night's developments in the lawsuit. Had to get a few legal eyes on it, obviously.
While this situation isn't officially over until it's settled in or out of court by both parties (which has not happened yet), we do appear to be in later stages. And if this article sounds like guarded legalese, well, yeah. It's an ongoing legal situation involving the state Board of Regents and its largest state university. We can draw conclusions after it's, well, concluded. But anyway, more words here:
