To answer the question in the thread title, they keep lying because they can get away with it. The Democrat base didn't think it was a problem until illegals started showing up in big numbers in so-called sanctuary cities. That same base, which makes up a majority here, falls in line nicely with BS statistics to make it appear that Biden is doing something. Yup, he's bailing the water out of the boat faster with his teaspoon, while the hole in the bottom of the boat is 50% bigger.

The government LIES. Accept it. That's what they do. Demand change instead of playing team politics. There are immigration laws in place. Making more laws that won't be enforced is not the answer.

The illegals going to blue states would still allow for more members in the House even if they aren't allowed to vote, illegals still count towards house assignments in the population count.
