This is the last week of the contact period for December, which runs up until Sunday, which is a one day quiet period. Then it's a dead period from December 17 - January 10, which means no in-person contact, no in-home visits, no official visits, etc.

The early signing period runs from December 19-21, and then the late signing date is February 6, 2019.
