1. Thomas Gilman, Iowa
2. Joey Dance, Va. Tech
3. Darian Cruz, Lehigh
4. Tim Lambert, Nebraska
5. Josh Terao, American
6. Dylan Peters, UNI
7. Nathan Kraisser, Campbell
8. Jack Mueller

Semifinals: Gilman vs. Peters; Dance vs. Terao

Blood Round: Mueller vs. Sean Fausz, NC State; Cruz vs. Nick Piccininni, Oklahoma State; Lambert vs. Sean Russell, Edinboro; Kraisser vs. Freddie Rodriguez

Comments: I just struggle to see Suriano being healthy. If I'm wrong and he is, he's at least a semifinalist. I have Cruz losing Round 1 and coming ALL THE WAY BACK to third, one of my favorite feats in wrestling.

133

1. Cory Clark, Iowa
2. Kaid Brock, Oklahoma State
3. Stevan Micic, Michigan
4. Seth Gross, SDSU
5. Nathan Tomasello, Ohio State
6. Eric Montoya, Nebraska
7. Scotty Parker, Lehigh
8. Zane Richards, Illinois

Semifinals: Clark vs. Tomasello; Brock vs. Montoya

Blood Round: Micic vs. John Erneste, Mizzou; Richards vs. Mitch Mckee, Minnesota; Gross vs. Earl Hall, Iowa State; Parker vs. Dom Forys, Pitt

Comments: I love Cory Clark and I don't care who knows it. Tomasello ended up hitting Gross in the consi semis, which is maybe his worst match up at the weight, IMO, so that's how he ended up this low. Lets go out on a high note, Cory!

141

1. Dean Heil, Oklahoma State
2. Kevin Jack, NC State
3. Joey McKenna, Stanford
4. Bryce Meredith, Wyoming
5. Anthony Ashnault, Rutgers
6. Matt Kolodzik, Princeton
7. Tommy Thorn, Minnesota
8. Randy Cruz, Lehigh

Semifinals: Heil vs. Kolodzik; Jack vs. McKenna

Blood Round: Ashnault vs. Brock Zacherl, Clarion; Thorn vs. Jaydin Eierman, Missouri; Meredith vs. Luke Pletcher, Ohio State; Cruz vs. Jared Prince, Navy

Comments: I wanted to pick Heil to lose. I tried to. I just couldn't do it until I see it actually happen. I have Meredith putting up another big March performance. Former #1 ranked Jimmy Gulibon goes 1-2 in my predictions.

149

1. Zain Retherford, Penn State
2. Anthony Collica, Oklahoma State
3. Lavion Mayes, Missouri
4. Brandon Sorensen, Iowa
5. Micah Jordan, Ohio State
6. Solomon Chishko, Va. Tech
7. Pat Lugo, Edinboro
8. Sam Speno NC State

Semifinals: Rethorford vs. Sorensen; Collica vs. Mayes

Blood Round: Jordan vs. Max Thomsen, UNI; Lugo vs. Davion Jeffries, Oklahoma; Speno vs. Laike Gardner, Lehigh; Chishko vs. Justin Oliver, CMU

Comments: Same as it ever was. Retherford's just the class of the weight. His ceiling is higher than everyone's, powered by his top game. I just can't see anybody beating him, even though both his semifinal and final opponent have pushed him. In the end he's at least their equal in neutral, and the best top wrestler in the country.

157

1. Jason Nolf, Penn State
2. Michael Kemerer, Iowa
3. Dylan Palacio, Cornell
4. Tyler Berger, Nebraska
5. Jojo Smith, Oklahoma State
6. Joey Lavallee, Missouri
7. Josh Shields, Arizona State
8. Collin Heffernan, CMU

Semifinals: Nolf vs. Jojo Smith; Kemerer vs. Lavallee

Blood Round: Berger vs. Jake Short, Minnesota; Shields vs. Russell Parsons, Army; Palacio vs. Clark Glass, Oklahoma; Heffernan vs. Clayton Ream, NDSU

Comments: In the end I picked Kemerer to beat Palacio based off the timing of the match. Palacio has struggled with weight, and Friday morning is going to be rough. Nobody stops the Whirling Death Cyborg that is Nolf.

165

1. Isaiah Martinez, Illinois
2. Logan Massa, Michigan
3. Vincenzo Joseph, Penn State
4. Daniel Lewis, Missouri
5. Chandler Rogers, Oklahoma State
6. Isaac Jordan, Wisconsin
7. Anthony Valencia, Arizona State
8. Austin Matthews, Edinboro

Semifinals: Martinez vs. Jordan; Massa vs. Joseph

Blood Round: Matthews vs. Te'Shan Campbell, Pitt; Rogers vs. Bryce Steiert, UNI; Valencia vs. Chad Walsh, Rider; Lewis vs. Keilan Torres, Northern Colorado

Comments: Plays out pretty standard, IMO. Zeke and his HEW still manage to get 6th.

174

1. Bo Jordan, Ohio State
2. Zahid Valencia, Arizona State
3. Ryan Preisch, Lehigh
4. Mark Hall, Penn State
5. Brian Realbuto, Cornell
6. Zach Epperly, Virginia Tech
7. Kyle Crutchmer, Oklahoma State
8. Alex Meyer, Iowa

Semifinals: Valencia vs. Epperly; Jordan vs. Realbuto

Blood Round: Hall vs. Myles Amine, Michigan; Meyer vs. Ethan Ramos, North Carolina; Crutchmer vs. Casey Kent, Penn; Preisch vs. Ty Schoffstall, Edinoro

Comments: I've got Bo coming thru on his preseason promise. I have Hall losing in the quarters and then avenging his Meyer loss in the consi quarters and storming all the way to the consi finals where Ryan Preisch gets his revenge, including beating Realbuto.

184

1. Gabe Dean, Cornell
2. Bo Nickal, Penn State
3. Sammy Brooks, Iowa
4. Zach Zavatsky, Virginia Tech
5. Nolan Boyd, Oklahoma State
6. Myles Martin, Ohio State
7. Jack Dechow, Old Dominion
8. TJ Dudley, Nebraska

Semifinals: Dean vs. Zavatsky; Nickal vs. Brooks

Blood Round: Boyd vs. Steven Schneider, Binghamton; Dechow vs. Emery Parker, Illinois; Dudley vs. Nicholas Gravina, Rutgers; Martiv vs. Michael Macchiavello, NC State

Comments: I wanted to do it. I really did. I wanted to pick Brooks to beat Nickal. But I just don't think the match up is there for him. I don't think Nickal is "38 second pin" better than Brooks, but I just don't think the style is there. I have Dean, Destroyer of Worlds, bringing it all home. In a related story, this bracket is INSANE.

197

1. J'Den Cox, Missouri
2. Brett Pfarr, Minnesota
3. Kollin Moore, Ohio State
4. Jared Haught, Virginia Tech
5. Preston Weigel, Oklahoma State
6. Matt McCutcheon, Penn State
7. Nate Rotert, SDSU
8. Malik McDonald, NC State

Semifinals: Cox vs. Haught; Pfarr vs. Moore

Blood Round: McCutcheon vs. Ricky Robertson, Wisconsin; Rotert vs. Shawn Scott, NIU; McDonald vs. Aaron Studebaker, Nebraska; Weigel vs. Brett Harner, Princeton

Comments: God this weight is a wasteland after the top 3.

285

1. Kyle Snyder, Ohio State
2. Ty Walz, Virginia Tech
3. Nick Nevills, Penn State
4. Connor Medbery, Wisconsin
5. Jacob Kasper, Duke
6. Austin Schafer, Oklahoma State
7. Tanner Hall, Arizona State
8. Michael Kroells, Minnesota

Semifinals: Snyder vs. Nevills; Walz vs. Medbery

Blood Round: Kasper vs. Nathan Butler, Stanford; Kroells vs. Thomas Haines, Lock Haven; Hall vs. William Miller, Edinboro; Schafer vs. Denzel DeJournette

Comments: King stay da King. I think Walz gets to the finals to cap a great career, but nobody is touching the Champ.
