*****🤠 vs 🧑‍🍳 Official Game Thread*****

I see the Kansas City Chiefs have taken over the villain role vacated by New England.

The roughing the passer fouls were bullshit but otherwise the refs didn’t impact the game. Some of you are a little over the top with your hate and conspiracy theories.

Protect Shroud better and the outcome is much different. Special teams didn’t do the Texans any favors either. But, yeah, it’s all the officials. Lol.
KC has been the New New England for a while. The blaming it on the officials on this one is way over the top. Officials had little to do with this one. Won't stop me from saying go Bill's or Ravens next week.

He was getting rocked the entire 4th quarter.

When the wrong team wins, it’s always a conspiracy. The Chiefs have done this shit all year. They’re really not that impressive on offense anymore but they find ways to win. Obviously, because of the refs. 🙄
Agree he was sacked a lot, but don't remember a hit that could be considered roughing. The 2nd Mahomes roughing was obviously a bad call. The 1st was helmet to helmet contact. It was a weak call, but by rule the correct call.

The overall issue isn't that the refs overly protect Mahomes, but that they're overly protective of all quarterbacks. Any contact with the helmet is an automatic flag and that shouldn't be the case. Not all helmet contact is created equal. Sometimes it's simply a defender trying to deflect the pass and they graze the helmet with their hand. Flag! That's just football nowadays unfortunately.

The first roughing the passer was questionable, but I agree with your point. I see too many ticky tack roughing the passer calls in football. It’s ridiculous. I don’t recall any questionable hits on Stroud either, at least from what was shown on TV.

I get tired of all the stupid whining and conspiracy nonsense. It doesn’t matter what the sport is. There’s always something. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are social media posts that Andy Reid was shaving points on purpose by taking that safety, even though strategically it was the right thing to do.
