I’m guessing they mean in any sport. Obviously, Jameis being the other.Who was the first FSU #1 pick?

I haven't watched a lot of FSU basketball yet, but looking at the results, I'd say a .500 conference record and maybe flirting with the tournament bubble but ending up in the NIT.At least Bball got through the low/mid major schedule without a bad loss to any of those teams. But unfortunately 0-3 with double digit losses to all of our power opponents—3pt shooting was 29% in the losses.
What is the consensus going forward? Based on the results it looks like we have a good low major roster that can’t compete against equal or greater talent.
I don’t think I’ve watched a game since Covid broke the program. Was just too disheartened to even care anymore.I haven't watched a lot of FSU basketball yet, but looking at the results, I'd say a .500 conference record and maybe flirting with the tournament bubble but ending up in the NIT.
Looking forward to being at the game on Saturday. Crazy that it will be my first game this season. Son playing travel ball and work travel has really cramped my style.
I’m thinking NIT. I was hoping for a run to the tournament, but the lack of a quality win in non-conference play hurts. What is the consensus going forward? Based on the results it looks like we have a good low major roster that can’t compete against equal or greater talent.
Yep. I think it’s best for both parties. Think a change of scenery might be best for him personally and his production. Might serve FSU best by clearing out some of that “energy” and getting some $ back into the coffers.Mixed feelings. On one hand, he's probably the most talented guy on our roster. On the other hand, he turned a lot of people off last year by using the threat of transferring to get more NIL money, then spent a lot of the season looking fairly disinterested in the game that was going on around him.

Wrecking crew.
Showed this to my son last night. Trying to drill into his dense head that those young men are grinding on and off the field.
