Yeah, there are more scheduled games and the B1G Ten for the longest time didn't have a conference tournament.

Fran's first year was 2010-2011 I believe. He definitely has turned the program around. He is getting Tom Davis of the 1990s results.

I feel like getting some key instate/highly recognizable kids has really rebooted the passion for the young fans as well. I walk in to my kids games and see a ton of iowa basketball gear. I used to not be able to give away tickets and now they are almost immediate claimed.

The SID’s office (or modern equivalent) is working hard to try to sell the program. No problem with that. In reality, a decade that started with Lick was not going to be stellar, as a whole. And it wasn’t. Iowa was .450 in conference play for the decade, the 2nd worst of the last 7 decades (going back to the 50s).
