Here we go again. A great start this year and a total and unbelievable collapse again. Is Fran working them too hard in practice throughout the year and they are spent? Why don't we develop as the season progresses? I thought this was the year we turned the page, but oh well.........

The same thing that happened in 2013/2014 is happening this year. Yeah I would blame maybe 20% of it on the coaches, but majority of it is the players. Their shots are not falling and just like the Florida International coach said a few years back. This team lets missed shots dictate their defensive effort. You saw Jok/Uhl in the first half play absolute garbage defense. They couldn't stay with their guys and gave up lay-ups or uncontested 3pt shots. Their defense has gotten pretty bad lately and other teams are hitting their open shots.

Fran has to throw a wrinkle in there on the defense end. I think the 2-3 zone has run its course. They cannot defend/rebound out of it. They give up too many open jumpers.

No depth

Are you sure? Anyone else see Utoff as a problem as far as team chemistry or an having an attitude that doesn't help keep the team together
.
actually now hoping that Iowa loses it's next 3 games and misses the big dance altogether...fitting end to another unbelievable end of season collapse....first MLB spring game Thursday, thank god.

Gotta disagree here. We do have the depth. Our bench had been making valuable contributions on both offense and defense. We were able to feel fairly comfortable resting our starters and not have a lead go down the drain. But things changed when our bench lost their shooting accuracy and started having defensive lapses. That was the beginning of the downturn.
