Hopefully he'll take some lessons from "Pudge Garza", and drop 30lbs, and then work his butt off and put it back on in muscle. He has the perfect role model to prepare him.....That would be great...I would love to see it. The bits and pieces that we have seen so far indicate that Perkins, Ulis, and the Murray's are having pretty good years. Just haven't heard nearly as much on Josh O.....the little video I saw on him showed a guy with a need to get in better shape but with good hands and a big body.
Based on some internet sleuthing, it doesn't look like Ogundele has played in Worcester's recent games. Or isn't mentioned in the recaps, anyway. That would be great...I would love to see it. I think Iowa will need to recruit another 4/5 this spring, regardless if Garza declares for the NBA or not. While they may well have the most need for development, the twins are who we need to step up next year.
Pemsl and Nunge probably aren’t going to be an answer at the 4, but could give us options for some back-up minutes in the post. When we encounter athletic length at the 4 it would be nice to have a bigger option then Conner.
Perkins will be fun to watch, but there’s likely to be plenty of options at 1 thru 3 that will get minutes ahead of him. We could actually be a decent pressing team with Joe T, Joe W, CJF, Ulis, and Perkins. J Bo, Joe W, and CJF can really spread the floor. With Conner in the mix we’d put a bunch of ball handlers on the floor too.
Remind me to believe as we struggle due to lack of numbers this season.
I was thinking the same thing.I think Iowa will need to recruit another 4/5 this spring, regardless if Garza declares for the NBA or not.

I looked at today's box score and his name was not in it.
