Rachel Bilson's father Danny Bilson directed a 1985 movie called Zone Troopers about WW2 soldiers who find an alien spacecraft. Some of these soldiers may very well have been involved in a branch of the army that would later be known as the air force. The honorable judge Charles C Lovell of Montana joined said air force in 1952 having been drawn to service after witnessing the events of ww2. Judge Lovell had a meritless motion filed against him in Montana to be recused from a case based on false claims of altering testimony and creating defenses for the defendant involving none other than lawyer Brian Miller.
