Do we know what arena this will be held in?

I'd say there's a 99% chance it will be at Welsch-Ryan Arena. The B1G Tournament is seldom held off-campus. The Sears Centre (or whatever it might be called now) would be an extra expense and probably little to no capacity advantage over W-R.
