Shooting slump turns into a good time to GIVE UP for this team. Mentally WEAK. That's what I see from these guys. I hope someone challenges them, but not sure that Fran will. He'll just say "keep shooting, they'll fall".

Bad shooting or not. You should be able to beat that BAD Wisconsin team. Not lose by 12.

Absolutely no effort and while I normally don't like seeing 'fractures' within a team during a game, I can't blame CMac for being mad about Murray quarter-assing a defensive rebound attempt and letting a guy inches smaller than him come in, take the ball away, and lay it up over his feet-nailed-to-the-floor lack of effort at defense.


Just so much "WTF is going on with this team!?" in the last 2 games.

It’s what happens when your head coach lacks any creativity on how to grind in the big ten. Yes everyone loves the 3 ball and the fast paced offense when it’s clicking but Fran really sucks at finding players who can grind and bang when needed. Just a bunch of guards throwing up 3s. No creativity. At least Wisconsin sucked enough that they didn’t score that much to make the defense look ok.

Tony tries to be the Alpha and takes the ball to the hoop hard, but just can't finish consistently enough.

Gotta find ways to get Filip the ball, when outside shots are OFF. The dude works his a$$ off and finishes incredibly well in the paint.

Our Offensive flow was BAD much of the game. Too much effing standing

CMAC and PMAC...those guys are not pure shooters...not surprising when they have streaks of missing. Perkins and Ulis are both subpar 3pt shooters..no surprise they missed a bunch.

Sandfort disappoints me...he has the pure stroke and then he gets so anxious to get his shot off he hurries and shoots bricks.

I will never criticize Kris...he sat on bench an entire Freshman year watching CMAC and PMAC get minutes and zero for him, then he spends last year on bench 1/2 time while CMAC and PMAC took his minutes despite Kris being better on offense and defense. Never complained.

This year Kris is the man...didn't have to come back...he did...he's gotta carry the team every game as Alpha dog. Last two games he's let bad 3pt shooting affect his effort. Papa maybe needs to do an intervention. Can't blame kris for missing shots, but a couple soft efforts on rebounds were more like what PMAC usually does than what Kris normally does.

I had been calm all night, thought I was resigned to whatever.

But yeah, that Murray gaffe just set me off. Dog hightailed it out of the room, lol. Never, of course, swatted him in anger but he wasn't gonna chance it I guess.

Keegan was only slightly better at 23.5 and 8.7 per gm and he had jbo and Kris to help take heat off him

Fact.

Keegan had a different mind set last year with a bit more offensive help that opened things up for him. JBo’s range and a somewhat unknown P. Sandforts emergence as another scoring option freed Keegan up to do what he was able to do. Kris has had neither consistent running mate this year to make up for P. Sandforts sophomore slump and loss of JBo range.
