Worst offensive performance I can remember. In my lifetime. A week after one of the best. In my lifetime.
Shut out on O. Only had the ball on the UW side of the field once or twice because of Iowa's defensive turnovers. Josh Jackson finished with 40 more yards than the entire offense. UW has an amazing defense, but every other team they have played this year got at least 100 yards of offense and even managed to score against them. Historically bad offensive performance. The good news is that I don't think Iowa's O can play any worse than they did today. It looked like they were trying to screw up most of the game. Truly ugly. This is as unfathomable to me as last week's destruction of Ohio State. I don't know what the hell to think after this game. Will Iowa do to Purdue what Ohio State did to Michigan State today? Will Iowa crap their pants the next time they go on the road against Little Debby (easily the worst Nebraska team I've ever seen)? No way to tell with this team.
