I've read a little about this case but don't know a lot of details yet. From what I have heard, at least one of the officers knew the father and maybe there was some sort of beef between the two.

...if ONLY there had been 'good guys with guns' there to stop the 'bad guys with guns'.....

I hope they suffer greatly. Absolutely outrageous. It does seem as if there was some BS going on between the two.

If the kid had been black and the cops white do you think they would have been arrested - history says probably not. This does sound like some sort of vendetta.

See this is always what is reassuring. Somebody does bad? Its because they are bad, nothing systemic, no way, punish and move on.

I'm not saying that can't be true, but at some point the dots get connected.
