A pretty good season for Hawkeye Hoops

--- Upper division finish in the Big10 (Don't tell me you predicted that, few did).
---- Swept Minnesota, beat Wisconsin, beat lil brother.
----- Finished in the Top 25; Made the Big Dance, or would have.
------ Went 4-2 vs Final Top 25;. (Wisconsin, Illini, Maryland, Ohio) Lost to SDS and msu
------ Had a certain player Named ESPN NATIONAL PLayer of the Year.

Pretty cool stuff.......along with being Loaded for Bear, next season.

I thought this was a rebuilding year then when Nunge, Bohannon and Patrick were out I thought it would be rough seas ahead. Coaches did a remarkable job and the guys really stepped up. Very proud of this team. I feel strongly this was a sweet 16 team.

Providing that Luka returns, does Iowa and it's not too early predictions for next year, top ten, be enough to lure a not so enthusiastic students to fill Carver every game? Some have always said if you build it they will come.....time to put up or shut up....
