With Fran, his biggest feature seems to be consistency and building a program from bad to average (and above average once in a while). His career would be better served if he was a journeyman coach, going from program to program, breathing life into it and moving on.

Ohio State is the hottest team in the conference right now next to Purdue and Illinois.
