I remember watching Erickson in the championship game last year, not only suck at pitching but fielding his position as well. He most certainly did let the team down after Matthews pitched 3 innings on guts. When the word was out he would not be returning for his final season I was glad. But he's redeemed himself this year big-time, and I'm happy for him.
