That's rich. How much effort is there to cash a welfare check? You do realize they don't have to come back? If they are upset, I wouldn't want any disgruntled Federal employees taking a paycheck off my hard-earned tax money.

Figures the welfare baby wouldn't understand the stress losing a job would be on someone and their family. What stress?
A company making software vs let’s say the FAA or ATC. Let’s hope the process Elon goes through is better than his Twitter/CDC model.I worked at a company of roughly 2,000 people and they could never get layoffs right.
First time it was poor performers. Except they didn’t understand who the poor performers were and axed some good people, who they hired back after paying them a generous severance.
The second time was “rightsizing” when staring down the barrel of bankruptcy. They canned 45% of the company in one day. Within a month probably 20% of those people were back and they had to hire a bunch of people for those who wouldn’t come back.
The third time was a repeat of the first one.
The fourth time they spent millions and brought in an entire floor of “the Bobs” from one of the big four firms who took about 6 months to figure out they needed to do away with a small division of about 25 people and the rest of the company needed to remain intact.
If a company of 2,000 people located on one campus was that bad at layoffs I can only imagine how bad the government would be.
I'd better get my ****ing check. I used it as a down payment on a pool. If I end up with another jelly of the month subscription I'm going to be so pissed......So....ya think this is why @NorthernHawkeye refuses to take my $5000 bet on the $5000 payout checks?
I doubt many, if any, won’t return. So, do you think the ones who decide not to return will lose their severance or unemployment payments?
lol…well done.I'd better get my ****ing check. I used it as a down payment on a pool. If I end up with another jelly of the month subscription I'm going to be so pissed.

For now. Bet they rehire more.So 520 or more are still fired?
I say they should tell Musk to eff off and stay fired, that'll show him, right?Yes, will definitely do that. But first I'll need another 20-30k/year minimum, including back pay, and a personal letter from Elon Musk admitting he is a horses ass and begging for forgiveness.
You tell em Clark.I'd better get my ****ing check. I used it as a down payment on a pool. If I end up with another jelly of the month subscription I'm going to be so pissed.
Didn't they get back like 300 out of 10,000 for USAID?So 520 or more are still fired?
Explain the stress? Everyone who is other than self-employed but doesn't have a guaranteed contract or a no layoff clause is susceptible to firing. Should they all be treated for a stress condition? You aren’t a a serious person
Don't you have some neighborhood newsletter to proofread? That's rich. How much effort is there to cash a welfare check?
You do understand that because you rationalize to yourself that people losing their jobs isn’t stressful doesn’t mean it isn’t stressful? These are full time jobs we are talking about not some job at Starbucks as you reference above.Explain the stress? Everyone who is other than self-employed but doesn't have a guaranteed contract or a no layoff clause is susceptible to firing. Should they all be treated for a stress condition?
Starbucks recently cut about 1000 positions are you going to carry a sign in front of a Starbucks location to protest or boycott their coffee?
This out of the blue grieving for federal employees by the Dim Dems is laughable.
PiquedNot sure what that is, but you've peaked my interest. Is it much better than a pay raise AND I'm assuming it'd be YUGE!

Collateral damage, amirite?Doesn’t appear much organization has been involved with DOGE. But I would also guess not everyone is being brought back on. Hopefully this has helped weed out some of the crap employees. I’m sure it has cost some good ones as well.
If I lived in an actual neighborhood, that sounds kind of fun. In the meantime, you keep playing the dumbass "victim", dicksicle.Don't you have some neighborhood newsletter to proofread?
That’s a really stupid take. In my experience, many of them are incredibly impressive and have chosen to get paid less to serve their country. If the y could find jobs in the private sector, they probably wouldn't be working a government job. Should feel lucky
Yeah, why the hell do we need public health experts working in public health? If the y could find jobs in the private sector, they probably wouldn't be working a government job. Should feel lucky
Thats the problem. This isn't the govt. This isn't an HR / Corp re aligment firm. This is a bunch of dipshit computer nerds with seemingly no real world exp who look at some data extracts and make recomendations that are seeming to be followed. By not-Elon, by not-trump, but by some lady who was notified she was the head of DOGE while on vacation.
Doesn't the homeless shelter you stay at have a bulletin board you can post your writing's on?If I lived in an actual neighborhood, that sounds kind of fun. In the meantime, you keep playing the dumbass "victim", dicksicle.
I suspect there's no way for this to be done in a fashion that you could agree with, so do it quick and do it big,.. Zero phucks given.

Well do you expect Big Balls and company to understand any of that? Dudes can't even talk to a woman without her running away scared.Thats becuase you are wrong again. There is absolutely a number of ways this could be done I'd agree with. But randomly firing folks ad then discovering what they do after the fact is 100% the wrong way.
You give no ****s, because you are part of the problem.
