Abuses in systems. I know farmers (partners in the SNAP program) who yearly buy new large expensive equipment to avoid paying avoid or reduce taxes, already having massive amounts of equipment inventories. Tractors never unhooked from equipment. Building more buildings for storage and/or buying more land. BTW, farmers, and maybe retired teachers(?) are pronounced bitchers and critics of the SNAP program.

What makes it more difficult to try understanding is when people tasked with care and personal interaction with youth don't have empathy. I guess that's the liberal aspect in me.

When I see her example posted it always makes me wonder how many people like the woman would it take to equal one serious cheat.
