Since Kirk openly admits he isn’t making changes, I figured out the problem must be me. I’m the idiot that expects a coach in his 24th year to be able to make adjustments as needed, have clock management skills and be a good evaluator of talent. That said, I had a cup of coffee and made my own changes. I just dropped off 15 framed Iowa prints, a bunch of stupid Iowa crap that I’ve gathered over the years and 2 garbage bags full of Iowa clothes and hats at goodwill. I’ll listen to games and laugh at the struggles but from this point I’m done buying gear, attending games etc. I figure this will be a tough adjustment but I’ve kicked harder shit than this.
