Congrats to Mike! I would have bet on Jay. Anyone know what Jay is up to these days? And yes, Thomas staying around is a good thing. I may be really slow, but is there anything about a transfer coming in or are you just being silly?

FWIW, I grew up in Western PA a Steeler fan and I am a huge fan of Ferentz. Kirk Ferentz actually played football at the same high school my college roommate did at Upper St Clair in Pittsburgh PA.
Iowa has been known to consistently produce excellent OL over the years and that is in large part because of Ferentz. He and my roommate played for the legendary Joe Moore who was an OL Guru! Ferentz was a great disciple and made his own extraordinary mark in the game.
Sorry to digress about football. But, I just wanted you to know where my true affinity for the black and gold comes from.
Well, I think the Bronx is somewhere near Buffalo in the way that many would believe Eugene OR is somewhere near Portland.
