And when the dust settles, just another 10 loss season; 23 years since we made it to the Sweet 16; one Sweet 16 in 34 Years!: GARBAGE PROGRAM!

We won a b10 tournament championship. It's a trophy in the case. Today stinks but they will forever have that trophy.
Today stinks?!?!! The last 35 years have stunk. We haven’t been a good team since ‘ 86-‘87 with very few exceptions. Our recruiting continues to be pathetic. Outside of Keegan, none of our scholarship players would have started for Richmond.

We’ve averaged 10 losses per season for 35 years!! The second weekend of the NCAA tourney has just been a weekend to get a head start on yard work for us Iowa b-ball fans.

SHIT PROGRAM FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE PAST 35 YEARS!!!
All you fair-weather “fans” need to get a life!

I see a diminished interest in Iowa BB next year and attendance at-home games perhaps reaching the Lickliter era. But nothing will change because of the huge buyout of Frans contract. A sad mess for a once proud program.

Without Keegan, there’s maybe one or two Big Ten caliber players on the roster. This team would struggle in the MAC. Not worth the price of parking, much less the ticket!

"...attendance at-home games perhaps reaching the Lickliter era." You can't be serious. I went to games during the Lackluster era. Could hear a pin drop. We just won the BTT and went 12-8, far above anyone's predictions. Todd never came CLOSE to that. Stop with the hyperbole.

While I typically never refer to another human as garbage, I'm tempted to do so in your case, Roy.

Funny how teams like Richmond can have a point guard 4-5x better than Fran has ever had at Iowa.

Then again, it really isn't funny at all.

Somehow you absolutely know what the atmosphere will be like at Iowa next year? I'm impressed.

Well, you predicted attendance similar to the Lackluster era. I'm predicting otherwise based on the team's consistent upper division finish in the B10 and frequent NCAA berths, things that never happened under Todd.

I, for one, choose not to participate in such sophomoric exchanges. In fact, tonight, along with my good lady friend, I will be enjoying a splash of Blanton’s bourbon along with a Monte Cristo White Series cigar. Cheerio.
Neither do I but watching grown men lose all common sense is hysterical.

You’re right, teams losing to F’n Richmond in the tourney always have out of control demand for tickets the following season. They may have to build another level on top of Carver to fill the demand!

And where might you be drinking in this fine bourbon while smoking such a wonderful tasting cigar? I prefer the patio at the Cracked Conch restaurant on Grand Cayman for such a feat after a wonderful meal. It is nice to see them serve you the gold labeled International bottle of Blanton’s and a fresh from the humidor Cuban cigar - Cohiba, Romeo & Juliette, or another selection.

Good to have you back, Outrage Roy!

Actually, it’s been very acceptable that’s why every year has been the same. No one really gives a shit.
Roy…of course true fans give a shit. The difference is fans like you that go overboard when their team loses. Heads up… this won’t be the last Iowa loss that will upset you.
