I noticed my local Walmart has them in the cosmetics section and you have to walk into a dead end maze type aisle to get them. The counter has an employee there.

If I had to guess, it would be that Indians in America have a lower homicide rate than the population at large, and even the white population. Just on assumed socio-economic status.
