Well if pizza isn't an option, I'd go with Portillo's. I love their menu. Get the chocolate cake shake since you're there.

I can't in good conscious recommend Filling Station any longer.

just to close the story...they ended up stopping at the I-80 Truck stop in Walcott for gas and food before hitting the casino they were staying at for the night...I think they left the casino around 3 am and were back on the road with some Casey's breakfast pizza around 8am...

We started ordering food from a local restaurant every Friday when the shutdowns started last year and went with Gunchies several times(I've known the old owner, Eric, since Jr High and also know the new owner, Al).

Everything I've gotten from there in the last year and a half has been great. Surprisingly good tenderloin.

You referenced Grammas Kitchen later in the thread. We were just there a couple weeks ago on our way back into town and they were severely understaffed. I felt sorry for our waitress having to apologize every time she stopped at a table for everything taking so long and having to deal with customers who didn't appreciate how hard she was working.
