I dislike my Republican governor more than you can possibly imagine. Last year he took the same stand on EBT. At some point someone was finally able to turn on the light and make him understand that he was hurting the State of Nebraska. He was taking the wrong approach. This man is dumber than a ****ing rock, and he is still smarter than Kim. That's some scary shit there.

Yup. Funding acquisition from the Federal Government is part of the job, even if one were to disagree with previous spending bills. The amount of taxpayer(Iowan's) money Kim Reynolds has voluntarily left on the table is absurd.
