Yeah, people complain about PC culture and cancel culture, etc and a lot of times I agree with them. But there has to be a line and straight making a disparaging comment about someone that you would never make about a white person has to be over the line.

Good for JBo. Every since Pat's bout with cancer, McCaffery vowed to tone down his act and he definitely has. There are several B1G coaches who's sideline behavior is far worst than McCaffery's, but they are just labelled "intense" and motivational." When Fran loses it these days, he usually has a very valid reason. We've all seen Izzo razzing the refs when the tip off goes up and continues throughout the game. But that's just Tommy and he gets a pass. Double standard.

There is a huge double standard on coaching behavior. Hand check fouls are called on Iowa. Wisconsin, Michigan, Sparty, Brutus and Indiana get to hold a shooter's arm and its not called. Two hand pushes in the back for rebounding position. Not called. If an Iowa coach complains the officiating gets worse. If the Wisconsin coach complains they get a crew that is dialed in on protecting Wisconsin-like last night.

I'm all for the coaches berating the crooked and incompetent officials, that should be the minimum consequence of cheating. Iowa was cheated in the OSU game and McC should have chased that cheating mother ****er into the tunnell. The complaining is just hard to stomach from the teams that benefit from the incompetence and dishonesty, especially Bucky and Sparty whose success is almost entirely dependent on the officiating. MSU players could adapt to normal officiating. Wisconsin cannot.

Did not like Howard as a player and like him less as a coach. IMO he is an ahole and was glad to see OSU beat them today! Loved Belein and Michigan was a favorite when he coached there, not anymore. Now same category as Underwood, Gard, and Izzo.
