Anyone else a beef jerky snob?

Yes! Try Kingmade Jerky. Best I have tried.

I live in the city and don't have easy access to the fresh stuff some of you do. That said I like Oberto peppered beef jerky a lot.

Outside of the supermarket Sable Kitchen has great house-made jerky. I haven't been to Paulina Market in a while but I'll bet they have an excellent product too.

Amana beef Jerky is great. It is $20 a pound at HyVee.

My favorite thing is to let piece I am going eat the next day out all night. Then it is super crunchy and soooooo good.
