I don’t give two shits about Soros one way or the other, but his last statement was “I had no role in taking property away so I had no sense of guilt”. And even if he lied about it and did do something he was a child. A whopping 14 years old.
In any event, I don’t want Soros, Musk Cuban or Gates having access to sensitive information. I also don’t want a group of young twentysomething Musk fanboys that don’t know shit about life having the same access. They should all be required to get congressional approval, security clearance and be subject to the same laws that any government worker has to abide by.

What part of the Constitution prevents a POTUS from making an appointment that doesn’t require confirmation and allowing that appointment access to departments under the Executive Branch?
Be specific. Because there are parts of the Constitution that speak to this exact situation. You’re not gong to be happy with what you find after you do a Google search.

There are all kinds of layers of access and security around certain departments and their info.

We have a system of checks and balances for a reason. Congress and the judicial branch need to step in soon.

If nothing else he has said was disqualifying, his going after Lutheran Family Services should have been. Anyone who is in human services knows that they are the giant in the field and that there is no other end to defunding them than mass human suffering. LSI is the largest social service provider in Iowa. Although it received government funds to cover state and federal services, those resources were never enough to meet the actual costs. As a result, the organization had to raise private donations to make up the difference. In other words, it was actually the faith-based community subsidizing the government, not the other way around.
