Update on this POS:Arrested !! Jack Jade Whitton a/k/a "Scallops" was involved in one of the most violent acts at the West Entrance on 1/6 - he was seen on video brutally attacking Capitol police with a metal crutch.

Federal authorities Thursday arrested a 30-year-old fencing contractor and CrossFit instructor from Locust Grove for the brutal assault of police officers during the Jan. 6 riot at the United States Capitol.www.ajc.com
"Body camera footage from a prone officer appears to show the same man, wearing a cap, repeatedly stomping on him as another man grabbed the officer’s leg. Further footage shows the man in the cap grabbing a fallen officer and dragging him into the depths of the mob...........Whitton, is charged with multiple felonies, including assaulting an officer with a dangerous weapon, a charge that carries a possible 20-year prison sentence."
The government filed a Motion for Emergency Stay and For Review and Revocation of Release Order after the defendant was granted release from detention on April 1st. They filed a comprehensive brief in support of their motion (linked below).
Page 13 and 14 reveals the existence of a confidential source (CS) which assisted in his eventual arrest and includes this nugget:
"CS-1 also provided the FBI with a photo of a text message sent to him by mutual acquaintance of him and Whitton. In the text message, Whitton shows a picture of a bloody right hand and then states, “This is from a bad cop....Yea I fed him to the people. Idk his status. And don’t care tbh.” Below is the image provided by CS-1:..."
No ruling yet but I hope this bastard is denied pre-trial release.

Good question. The only info on this I could find is contained in the government's brief:
"On April 1, 2021, during the defendant’s initial appearance in the Northern District of Georgia, the government made a motion to detain the defendant without bond pending trial. A detention hearing was held on April 2, 2021, during which the Magistrate Judge Regina D. Cannon denied the government’s detention motion and ordered the defendant to be released. Following this, the government orally moved to stay the defendant’s release pending an appeal by the government. The magistrate judge granted that request, and has stayed the defendant’s release pending appeal."
IDK maybe the GA magistrate judge wanted the government to show a more substantial basis for retention than what was initially presented. The matter is now before the DC Court.

It sounds like some of these guys are tired of sitting inside jail cells while the guys who egged them on are on the outside. Roger Stone should be getting nervous.
Another option for him:
Let the officer who got his eye gouged out, gouge one of this guy's eyes out, then smack him in the head with a fire extinguisher.
Then, he's free to go home. No hospital care whatsoever. Rub some dirt on it and move on.
Also, take the flag pole he used on 1/6 and shove it up his whiny ass.
Gouge BOTH this f***ers eyes out.
Then, let him sit in a dorm cell with hardened criminals who can ass-rape him nightly. (or daily - he won't be able to tell, anyway)
