Fortunately the selective prosecutions, prosecutorial misconduct and over charging ends soon.

It shouldn’t take the SCOTUS to get federal prosecutors to behave, but here it did.

This isn’t all of the prosecutions to be clear, since most on here aren’t really driven by facts and law, but rather by ideology, emotion and hatred.

In any event, thank goodness the most egregious abuses are over. An embarrassment to the country for those who are critical thinkers, and not partisan hacks.

Certainly there are attorneys that post on here, even if they hate the next President, that are honest enough to see this. I know one on here has been fairly quiet since the release. I actually respect him while I disagree with him because his silence is deafening. He’s knows what was published was red meat for idiots who don’t understand, or won’t take time to understand.

Probably need to court test preemptive pardons. It won’t happen because MSM would eat it up and idiots would believe what they’re told to believe. But it should happen. We have one SCOTUS precedent, but really need to get another one on preemptive pardons. Whichever way it gets decided we need some guidance going forward.

I digress. Let the pardons start with some minor crimes where the abuses are the most egregious.

Yup, median prison sentences of 60 days. I know many on here don’t like pesky little fact to interrupt their emotional circle jerk support thread, but this is largely what these prosecution have been. Obviously a serious insurrection, and obviously well thought out prosecutions.
