Jimmy Pesto. S**t is getting real.
The ones requesting a pardon then?
Just asking questions, why can’t they be lined up against a wall and be shot?
The good news is that he may have violated the conditions of his release by returning to D.C.
Watch as McCarthy says this was an official legislative hearing, and his testimony was a legitimate legislative oversight function. The good news is that he may have violated the conditions of his release by returning to D.C.
The 12 jurors who found Strand guilty on five criminal counts related to his participation in the insurrection would take issue with his declaration. He was sentenced on June 1 to nearly three years in prison. But Strand, a former international underwear model, may have committed another transgression just by participating in the congressional panel, which included Gaetz, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) By merely showing up in the Capitol, he appeared to violate a judge’s order that, while on release, he keep out of DC except for court hearings or probation meetings. In theory, he could face a new arrest for violating the release conditions.

Not a court hearing. Wouldn't qualify, and he COULD have gotten pre-attendance permission OR "attended" via videochat.Watch as McCarthy says this was an official legislative hearing, and his testimony was a legitimate legislative oversight function.
Now that's how you Make America Great Again!
Will be fun to watch the chyron flip from "John Eastman, Attorney" to "John Eastman, Former Attorney" in realtime....
Oh, okay. You’re probably right. McCarthy will totally stand up to the cult this time. Not a court hearing. Wouldn't qualify, and he COULD have gotten pre-attendance permission OR "attended" via videochat.
So, that's not going to matter, per the listed legit reasons limitations put in place by the judge.
Nothing to do with McCarthyOh, okay. You’re probably right. McCarthy will totally stand up to the cult this time.
Oh, okay. So, to be clear, you are saying McCarthy really couldn’t muddy the waters, obfuscate, ignore, pull a TJ…Nothing to do with McCarthy
The judge in the case made a set of conditions; nothing McCarthy does overrules those requirements. McCarthy's "claims" are totally unrelated to the perp's case requirements.
Had McCarthy subpoenae'd the guy to Congress, he still would have had to inform his judge of that and gotten the (easy) approval.
What does McCarthy have to do with it?Oh, okay. So, to be clear, you are saying McCarthy really couldn’t muddy the waters, obfuscate, ignore, pull a TJ…
More than what the guidelines suggested, but less than what was asked for. I suppose the judge didn't want to risk the appearance of going too far over the guidelines, but this guy had it coming. No remorse on 1/6, and none today.
I hope is bunghole is 12.5 inches when he finally gets out.
