May get a Pepsi here, but Dem hero Michael Avennatti fined $4.85 million, bounces $52,235 rent check, law firm evicted, swing and a miss on Kavenaugh bimbo - just not having a good month.

Michael Avenatti was fined $4.85 million on Monday for failing to pay a former colleague at his California law firm.
. . .
This comes on the same day that Avenatti's firm was evicted from its Orange County offices for falling four months behind on rent.
. . .
A Los Angeles court ruled that the firm, Eagan Avenatti, owes Jason Frank and others, including the Internal Revenue Service, millions of dollars. Frank, Avenatti's former colleague, also won a $10 million judgment against the firm in a bankruptcy court case in May.

Avenatti says that he deducted the cost of repairs to the office from his rent, even though his contract stipulates that tenants are not allowed to reduce their rent by making unapproved repairs. Avenatti's landlord told The Times that the firm paid its $52,235 July rent, but that the check bounced.

Even worse, he's criticized Democrats for their position on the caravan. He's losing the few friends he had.

Yep. He's qualified to run for POTUS.

I hope you will appreciate how funny this actually is. Let's see… Trump is well-known for not paying people. Check. Trump is well-known for not paying taxes. Check. Trump is well-known for being sued. Check. So, assuming Avenatti comes to settlements in these transgressions, that Trump-box will be checked. Basically, all we need is to learn that he, too, slept with Stormy and we can save ourselves a lot of trouble and just swear him in.

Oh, and 10 or 15 years from now, when Trump is dead, Eric and Don Jr. will be broke and agree to star in the redux of The Apprentice, and Avenatti will naturally be cast in the original group of "apprentices". I can hardly wait.
