Let's forget the enshitification of the nation for a moment.

If you like single player RPGs you should get Avowed. Beautiful game, interesting story, multiple endings based on how you play, entertaining combat.

It fits on my list around Witcher and the Horizon series.

Skyrim is till the king.
RDR2 is the heir to the throne.

Avowed is top 10. As soon as I finish I'll play again with a different build. That is...until the Oblivion remake drops this month.

The kid's gotten way too expensive to get her both the PS5 and a gaming PC. I don't play often enough to justify getting one for myself, so I just use hers from time to time.

The game looks good though - I might have gotten it for the few hours a month I manage to get on and play.

I bought Starfield when it came out and really wish I'd gotten BG3 instead. Been waiting for it to go on sale on Steam but the price has been steadfast

I'll have to look at it. As a non-DND player the dice rolls are kinda weird for me.
