Best Beaches around Des Moines or Central Iowa?

Went to Big Creek State park yesterday and was really impressed with the beach and the whole area. Wish the water was cleaner but that’s Iowa 🤷🏽‍♂️.

I was wondering if HORT has any recommendations for a nice family beach around the Des Moines/central Iowa area? Dog friendly would be a plus but not needed, thanks
