Chris Matthews told it on Seth Meyers last night.

Matthews sent out Christmas cards to all of his friends. On the card was his family in their Christmas pajamas, like many people do. Three days later he got a Fed Ex envelope at his front door. He opens it. It's his Christmas card with something scribbled on it. It says, "Beautiful family. Donald Trump"

The crazy egomaniac signed a Christmas card and mailed it back. That's AWESOME!

Meh. Stupid Xmas pj's, who gets those and poses with the kiddies?

I am amazed Matthews and Trump are friends.
IDK. Friends is a stretch. Probably a mass mailing thing in the NBC/Shineheart Universal family kind of thing. Trump to my knowledge has never been on Hardball, and Matthews routinely mocks Trump.

In a related note, Trump will be on SNL 11/07.

Still don't want him as president.

I'm not convinced HE even wants to be President.

I think he's brought a lot to the table in terms of "anti-PC", immigration realities that others won't discuss, and some reasonable views on keeping Americans employed. He's forced many of the other Republican front-runners to at least discuss and define their positions on some topics.

Ultimately, I suspect he'll drop out and forever tell us how he "would have won", and maybe he'll offer to be a close adviser to any Republican that does win.

I'm sure he doesn't want to be President. If it weren't for the ego massage of being far in the lead in the polls, he would have bailed out long ago. He's already been laying out his exit strategy in the last couple of weeks. I really expect him to be gone before the caucuses.

JMO, I could be wrong.
