We are underway with Day 2. No Iowa players or coaches today other than that they are attending the Big Ten Luncheon, so no media access.
Jerry Kill is the first coach up today. He was asked if there is anything he could change about recruiting...instead of saying what I would say which is all the top players have to sign with my school, he said early signing period and official visits during the summer would be good.
Kill gives an update on his health. Says he is doing great. Seizure free for 18 months and doing good. That's good to hear from Jerry.
Asked about playing TCU in the non-con and said they will be playing the top 2 teams in the country this year. Great challenge. Joked about bringing in some snow in September. He was asked about scheduling tough in the non-con. Says it is what it is. Line up and do the best that you can. If you win it puts you in a good position.
