Biden is the Democratic choice for President we can't just swap out candidates. This isn't fantasy football and when this has been semi attempted 1968 and 1972 it was a spectacular failure

I don’t think the tests tell us much. Biden is sort of correct, he essentially is taking a cognitive test every day doing the job. But that’s also his problem and now the spotlight is on him. Can he pull it off? We’ll see.
