Sorry I can’t help you there. Omaha area is the only place I’m familiar with Nebraska eateries.
You’ll be OK. Just don’t advertise your team loyalty to Neb fans BEFORE they sell you tix.
Took her to CF in 97 and had a great time but the Mrs will never be invited to a tournament again. Not that I wouldn't want her to go (I don't) or that she wouldn't want to go (she wouldn't) but she can't handle all the sitting and walking now due to back issues. Not to mention it would be far too boring for her now.
My oldest was interested but she's working weekends to save money for college so it'll just be guys this weekend.

Misty's is also a solid option for steakhouse. Been a couple times and it's been good. Phat Jack's and then Parker's do good BBQ.

I really like "Misty's", the prime rib is perfect. The rest of the menu is solid.
We are going to "Gorat's Steakhouse" in Omaha Thursday night for a nice Ribeye.
Hunting, Fishing and trapping are over. Perhaps we should be asking for pics?

You have me at Prime Rib every time. We'll be too late Friday because we can't leave early enough. I hope Saturday between sessions will work.
I am a glutenous soul so I will always order the Blackened Prime Rib Appetizer to go with a Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon. Kind of gets me "primed" for the main course. Never hurts to indulge when you have a great weekend of wrestling ahead. Leaving in about two hours for Omaha.
Warren Buffet’s hang out. 801 Chophouse in downtown Omaha has some of the best steaks in town. A newer place called Tavern 180 in West Omaha is awesome too. For those who will be in Omaha for a day or two.
Thanks for the heads up on the 801 and Tavern 180, I will have to give them a try. Gorat's just has so much going for it with live music that can be jazz one night and contemporary the next. The feel of the place along with great food is the allure.

I just looked online and there are seats available and some look quite good. Not a lot of seats, but certainly some that will make you pleasantly surprised. I could not insert a photo of the arena seat availability, but here is the link.
I had a late week schedule change which allows me to go. Not sure where my seats will be (I have to pick them up), but I will be seated with Ohio State people. I am assuming (hoping) they will at least cheer against all PSU wrestlers.
In my experience, fans of other teams are so focused on Iowa guys losing that they tend to forget to watch their own wrestlers, so I wouldn't count on many people cheering against the kitty cats.

It is about Lincoln and the B10's these guys are just helping me get there as I am 83% there. Got about a dozen go Hawks at the casino last night.
Lets get this party started already. Going to work a bit in the morning and head south from McIlravey country about noon. Im feeling really good about the Hawks this weekend. Lets Go Hawks from 109 will be me.

good steaks, decent bbq, real good side dishes (and an excellent selection of whiskey (if you're into that)).
it's also on the edge of the haymarket so super close to arena.
